  • Free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly stated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Section 59 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Section 59,is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first.

  • We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in these cases.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items so we can assist you.
