POSTAGE COSTS:

- £2.99 for UK orders.

- £9.99 for International orders.

SHIPPING TIMES:

UK orders usually take 5 - 7 days to be delivered.

International orders usually take 10 - 20 days to be delivered. Orders are shipped via royal mail international, and then passed onto the necessary local delivery service.

RETRUNS POLICY:

We accept returns within 14 days of the order being received.

If there is a problem with your order, send an email to section59ldn@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please include as many of the following details as possible in your email;

- Full name.

- Order number.

- Reason for the return.

- Any extra details or images you have.

When returning an order, please put the item(s) you would like to return back in the original packaging that you received it in.

To avoid any issues with your return, complete the following points if possible; 

- Open the order with care (try to avoid ripping any packaging).

- Save the shipping packaging and any receipts and tags included.

- Make sure that you are happy with your products before wearing the item.

- Ensure the correct return address has been included on the package once ready to return.

Once we have received the returned items, a full refund will be processed as quickly as possible to the original payment method used. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to be completed after approval, but this time may vary depending on your banking provider.
